• No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Subscription Expiry

Your subscription will naturally expire at the end of your subscription period unless you choose to renew. You can manage your renewal preferences through your account settings or by contacting support.

Account Closure

If you wish to close your account after your subscription expires, you can:

• Allow your subscription to expire without renewal.
• Request account deletion through our support team.
• Export your child's progress data before closure.
